Getting a Tattoo or Piercing can be messy at times. Please make sure you're dressed accordingly. We're not responsible for damaged items.

Tattoo Appointments

1. Your design is completed 1-2 days before your appointment
2. Your design is based off what was discussed at time of deposit
3. Last minute design changes or add-ons may result in price changes or rescheduling
4. If you are booked for a medium/ large tattoo please have your day open so there will be no rushing
5. You Must bring your valid ID with you the day of your appointment
6. You Must be 18 years or older to get tattooed (Expired ID's are not valid)
7. If you’re going to be late your appointment may need to be rescheduled (call the studio for further details)

Yes, People 17 and younger are prohibited from receiving a body piercing unless prior consent is granted by the person’s parent or legal guardian. In addition, the parent or legal guardian of a person 17 and younger must be physically present at the time of the procedure and show evidence they are the parent or legal guardian of the person receiving the body piercing. Birth-certificate of minor accompanied with Legal guardians Identification (state issued drivers license or ID or a valid passport). The names must match the forms provided or you can bring in additional legal documentation to show the name change or guardianship.

A person getting a tattoo must be at least 18 years of age. Section 146.012 of the Texas Health and Safety Code states a tattoo artist cannot tattoo any person under 18 years old, or any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  People 17 and younger are prohibited from receiving a tattoo unless the tattoo will cover an existing tattoo that contains obscene, gang-related, drug-related or other offensive language or symbols that a parent or legal guardian determines to be in the best interest of the person to cover.

Tipping is a really nice gesture. But, there are no real solid ground rules for tipping. The artist is providing a service like you would receive from a waitress/waiter, hairstylist, or nail tech. So we recommend to follow the same suggestions.

Pain is really relative. Everyone has different tolerance for pain. We're not going to kid you, though - it does hurt. Just not that much. Some have compared it to a "hot scratching feeling." But, people would not be returning again and again for tattoo after tattoo if it hurt that bad. Most of us are not into pain, but the beauty of the tattoo and the pride associated with wearing it far outweighs a little pin-stick here and there. 

When it comes to tattoos, you get what you pay for. Yes, there are plenty of people tattooing out there that will charge very little. But, look for quality, and be willing to pay for it. Never haggle over the price of a tattoo. It is disrespectful to the artist. Think of it this way: This is a piece of art you'll wear for life. 

 1. Initial Bandage:The first Derm Shield bandage, applied by your tattoo artist, should stay on for 24-48 hours. It's normal for fluid to build up underneath. If the bandage leaks or peels away, remove it and clean the tattoo. 

2. Removing the First Bandage:For best results, remove the first bandage in the shower using warm water and mild soap. Gently peel it off, starting from a corner, and avoid scrubbing the tattoo. 

3. Cleaning:After removing the first bandage, clean the tattoo with mild, unscented soap and warm water. Gently pat the area dry with a clean paper towel. 

4. Second Bandage:If your artist provides a second Derm Shield, apply it after the tattoo is dry. Peel off the white backing to expose the adhesive side, carefully position the bandage over the tattoo, and smooth out any air bubbles. This bandage should be worn for 3-5 days. 

5. Removing the Second Bandage:Remove the second bandage in the shower using warm water. 

6. Aftercare:Once both bandages are removed, continue to clean the tattoo with soap and water as needed. Moisturize with an unscented lotion, like Lubriderm or Eucerin, several times a day or as needed. Avoid soaking the tattoo, sun exposure, and strenuous activity for the first two weeks. 

7. Healing:The healing process can take a few weeks, and some flaking is normal. Keep the tattoo moisturized and protected from the sun.
